Two NEFA members have reported DEP Inspections in the last month. The inspections focussed on ERP compliance, Air regulations/record keeping and hazardous waste issues. It is imperative that all drycleaners do their best to comply, and this is as good a time as any to review and re-check your compliance rate — regardless of what state you reside in!
