February 5, DLI presents “Navigating Insurance Challenges in the Drycleaning Industry” a webinar presentation hosted by Harry Carranza of Select Risk Insurance Services.
February 6, the Mid-Atlantic Association of Cleaners (MAC), a DLI regional association, presents the fifth installment of its MAC Maintenance Masterclass. This web presentation series is open to all DLI members and covers all aspects of maintenance.
In addition to Carranza’s presentation, DLI will host four weekly peer group meetings, a monthly Marketing Masterclass session and an online tour of how to access membership benefits. DLI offers learning and networking opportunities for drycleaning business owners of all sizes.

Combining virtual learning and one day of in-person training at Sankosha’s facility in Elk Grove Village, DLI’s Mid-West Hybrid Stain Removal Course offers students a flexible way to master stain removal techniques.

Since offering live monthly webinar programs six years ago, DLI has produced more than 160 webinar presentations and archived them in its Online Webinar Library. Program topics include marketing, management, diversifications, and more aspects of running a successful drycleaning business. In addition to February’s live presentation, DLI will host its monthly Membership Orientation program February 5. Not just for DLI members, the interactive presentation provides a comprehensive overview of how professional cleaners prosper with DLI as their business partner.
DLI’s Marketing Lab has been restructured into DLI’s Marketing Masterclass, reflecting a change in format from a round table discussion to a presentation-style program. Attendees vote on upcoming topics and learn successful marketing practices from fellow DLI members.

Weekly Member Peer Meetings Keep Members Connected
Bringing the drycleaning and laundry community together, DLI hosts weekly coffee-and-shop-talk meetings every Tuesday morning on Zoom so members can discuss what’s happening and share new ideas, thoughts, and tips.
